Fees

• The standard charge for an individual counselling/psychotherapy session is $180 an hour.

• The hourly rate for NDIS clients is $193.99 an hour (in line with NDIS pricing arrangements). Please note that I am not a registered NDIS provider and can only support clients who are ‘self-managed’ or ‘plan managed’.

• EAP clients or those referred by agencies such as Victim Support do not incur a direct fee (as these are covered by the referring agency).

• Additional services such as support letters or reports are charged at the respective hourly rate (with a minimum one-hour fee).

• Please note that therapy/counselling administered by a social worker does not incur GST, although services such as support letters and reports do incur an additional GST charge.

Cancellation Policy

Due to scheduling pressures, I request that you provide me with 24 hours notice prior to cancelling an appointment. Cancellations made after this time will incur a 100% fee charge. This will also apply to clients who don’t attend an appointment or arrive late (i.e. 30 minutes after the scheduled time).
